How do I delete my account? In the app, open Profile and choose Delete account.
How do I report a listing or a member? Use the Report option on the listing or profile, or email us.
Does Konza handle payments? No. Konza is free and does not hold or move money. Members agree and pay each other directly, outside the app.
Forgot your password? Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen and enter the code sent to your email.
